Managed exclusive by The Film Office, this Victorian build school mixes the traditional with the modern and is split over two sites that is connected via a bridge.
This spacious school has lots to offer. On one side of the site, there is a bright library, a variety of open classrooms ranging from cookery to science laboratories and an assembly area complete with fitted seating. Over the bridge takes you to a second site, which has more classrooms and two gymnasium halls that offer sports courts, gym equipment such as treadmills and floor apparatus, a fantastic climbing wall facility and equipment storage via the caged area.
Oaklands School have excellent space management and on the roof is a herb and flower garden, as well as a large space complete with picnic benches.
Outside and adjacent to the school is a concrete, caged sports court.
The Hardstanding Games Court on Mansford Street can be used for parking cars and tech vehicles.
