Restrictions
- Filming Proposals to be received by the location 10 working days in advance of the first hire date
- Exterior Filming ONLY
- To secure a filming licence for East Village ALL ENQUIRIES must be submitted through this listing page on Filmhub
- Your request will be shared with the East Village Filming Committee for consideration
- You may submit a maximum of 2 requests allowing for 1 set of changes on the original request ONLY
- Final approval is given upon review of final RAMS and insurance certificates
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

CRANE LICENCE:
- Minimum of 15 working days notice
ROAD CLOSURE FEES:
- Subject to approval
- “Notice” – A road closure for less than 24hrs: £1,120 (per street)
- “Order” – A road closure for more than 24hrs: £1,120 (per street) + additional advertising fee (costs confirmed on a case by case basis)
SITE VISIT FEES
- £150 + VAT per hour
TEMPORARY STRUCTURE LICENCE
Including Scaffolding & Hoarding – fees on application subject to requirements.
