Memorial Recreation Ground is a beautiful space offering a children's playground, floodlit football and rugby pitches and a ball games court. There is also the stone-walled East London Rugby Football Club which has a 60-space car park facility.
The grounds also feature a scenic walk route passing through the Grassroots Resource Centre, a building with a green, frosted glass facade.
