These 34 acres of private, secluded woodland in North Surrey are ideally located 5 minutes from the M25 and only 5 miles from Shepperton Studios.
A mixture of both planted trees and ancient woodland, this woodland consists of several types of trees including pines, larches, oaks and chestnuts.
The woodland is more or less untouched with some clear vehicle tracks for good access.
A clear area in the centre has space for 15-20 cars (with potential to clear extra space for vehicles).
