The 324sqm, 150 capacity top-floor warehouse space overlooks a trainline and benefits from incredible natural light through high pitched ceilings and sky-light windows. It’s fitted with an infinity curve, domestic kitchen, dressing room and shower, and has completely customisable features including a pop-up bar, sofas, plants, staging, lighting and sound systems.

The space is also open to host a broad range of activities including listening parties, workshops, talks, screenings, DJ sets, book launches, supper clubs, art fairs, exhibitions and wellness events.
