Within easy reach of the Blackwall Tunnel, Limehouse link and Rotherhithe tunnel the warehouse has excellent road links as well as being just a short walk to DLR Stations. Accessibly by the venue offers unique river access to central and southern locations. Whilst being a scenic and fast way to transport guests.

The warehouse venue is a beautiful Grade II listed brick building with triple height ceilings and plenty of character. It is currently offered as a 'dry hire' only. This leaves you with maximum flexibility over furniture, decorations and caterers and without any corkage fee. The location is licensed until 2am.
